Do yourself and family a favor by washing all the produce prior to consuming.

Fruits, vegetables and all leafy greens. Most food born illness is preventable.

This includes all the so-called pre-washed bags of leafy greens.

Be wary of the convenient vegetable and fruit platters with dip.

Purchase the fruits and vegetables and wash and prepare your own.
